Our roots date back to 1954 -the year my grandfather started his service business. We purchased a new service software and database in 2012, and as of 02/01/2020, we have provided service for 23,156 homeowners. We consider our customers our neighbors because we live in the same three-county area that we work in. We dispatch calls based on our technician’s residence location. By dispatching to the technician that lives the closest to our customer, we can provide faster service. It does not always work out perfectly, but we think it’s the best plan.
We provide excellent in-home appliance service to an average of 241 homeowners per month and do our very best to provide amazing service to all our customers; even though we are not perfect, we put forth a great deal of effort trying to be perfect to each of our customers.
